PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time correcting device or the like which enables time correction by using a cellular phone communication network such as a CDMA system, even when processing capacity such as operation capacity of a control device is small.;SOLUTION: A wrist watch 10 with the time correcting device has a receiving part which receives a specific signal containing future time information sent by CDMA base stations 15a and 15b or others after a lapse of a prescribed time, a time information control part which controls reception-side time information, and a reception-side time information correcting part which corrects the reception-side time information on the basis of correcting time information.
