PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell power generation system capable of keeping the durability of a cell and high efficiency power generation characteristics of a power generation system by suppressing variation of cell temperature and combustion chamber temperature of a fuel cell when a target output is varied. PSOLUTION: The control device of a solid oxide fuel cell power generation system is equipped with a target output setting unit generating a target output command value; a fuel flow rate command unit of a fuel flow rate and a supply water flow rate command unit of a supply water flow rate supplying to a reformer based on a target output command value, and an air flow rate command unit of the air flow rate supplying to the fuel cell, the fuel cell is equipped with a cell temperature measuring unit and a combustion chamber temperature measuring unit, and the control device has a temperature stabilizing control unit which calculates a fuel flow rate correction value and a supply water flow rate correction value correcting a command signal of the fuel flow rate commanded from the fuel flow rate command unit and a command signal of the supply water flow rate commanded from the supply water flow rate command unit based on the measured cell temperature and combustion chamber temperature, and calculates an air flow rate correction value correcting a command signal of the air flow rate supplying to the fuel cell.
