PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing seeds and seedlings of enteromorpha prolifera through direct sowing by which a culturing term for the enteromorpha prolifera can be shortened and the enteromorpha prolifera can be gathered in high productivity: and to provide a culturing apparatus enabling drastic reduction in planting cost and working personnel in comparison to those in a conventional apparatus.;SOLUTION: The method for culturing seeds and seedlings of enteromorpha prolifera through direct sowing includes: spraying fine-cut mother algae of enteromorpha prolifera over a water path 4 in which nutritious salt-added seawater is reserved to make the mother algae adhere onto the water path 4; and culturing and raising the mother algae of the enteromorpha prolifera on the water path 4. The seawater-circulation-system culturing apparatus for enteromorpha prolifera is structured as follows: a horizontally long culturing tank is provided with a water path-partitioning plate 2 at its intermediate part, and seawater-circulating parts 3a, 3b at its both ends to form a circulation water path 4 circulating the seawater from one side of the water path-partitioning plate 2 to the other side water path; and a rectification plate and a water flow-generating device are installed on one end of the circulation part 3b at one end of the tank so as to circulate the nutritious salt-added seawater.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
