PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for calculating shaft bending of a turbine rotor.;SOLUTION: This system comprises: an input part for setting measurement points of a rotor disc; a deflection amount detecting part for deriving a radial displacement amount of four or more points along an outer surface of the turbine rotor in the circumferential direction based on a measured value of a displacement meter; a storage part for storing the radial displacement amount and measured angles of the measurement points; and a calculating part for calculating most probable circular core deviation data. The calculating part selects three arbitrary points from the radial displacement amount and the measured angles out of all measured points to calculate a calculated circle value, calculates a difference between the calculated circle value and the radial displacement amount as an error amount to derive an error amount total value, and selects the smallest calculated circle out of the error amount total value as the most probable circle. The calculating part includes a core deviation calculating means for calculating deviation between a center of the most probable circle and the rotational center of the turbine rotor as the most probable circular core deviation data, a determining means for determining whether or not the maximum core deviation amount is within a reference value, and a shaft bending distribution calculating means for calculating the shaft bending distribution from the most probable circular core deviation data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
