SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL SYSTEM AND SYNCHRONOUS STARTING METHOD IN SYNCHRONOUS CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high precision synchronous control system used in a rotary press and a sheet-fed press by using a virtual rotation command generator of hybrid system and a rotary encoder of hybrid system.;SOLUTION: The virtual rotation command generator 0101 incorporated in a centralized control unit 01 independently computes a speed command and a phase command to output the results, and generates and outputs a frame signal as a time reference. The phase command and the speed command are output to synchronous drive units 06a to 06f via a virtual rotation command communication line 02c. The synchronous drive units 06a to 06f detect, in real time, a phase feedback and a speed feedback from the phase command, the speed command and hybrid encoders 09a to 09f based on the frame signal to perform a synchronous control of motors 07a to 07f based on the detection.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
