PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis support apparatus for a defective factor in production, for supporting quick identification of the defective factor in a claim brought after the shipment of a product or generated in an inspection process in a factory. PSOLUTION: In this analysis support apparatus for the defective factor in the production, a process information collecting means 112 collects information related to the production such as a product, a component, a facility and a worker stored in a storage part 114, the collected information related to the manufacture is transmitted to an analysis support control means 200, and the analytical support control means 200 attaches the information related to the production to a production lot number (production lot No.), an identification number or the like, and stores it into a production history information accumulating means 300 to be managed as production history information. The analysis support control means 200 reads the stored production history information in, and displays, on a production history information display means 400, collectively contents of a corresponding information item in every of the same contents, on a matrix table of the production lot number or the identification number of the products arrayed in a production unit order and production order, and the information items concerned in the production.
