METHOD OF MANUFACTURING LAMINATED BAMBOO MATERIAL FOR BUILDING, AND HOUSE USING LAMINATED BAMBOO MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the effective use of a laminated bamboo material as a building material by obtaining a sufficient rot-proofing effect.;SOLUTION: This method of manufacturing the laminated bamboo material for building comprises steps of submerging a bamboo material in a rot-proof solution (1-3), drying the bamboo material submerged in the rot-proof solution (1-4), applying heat treatment to the dried bamboo material (1-5), and bonding a plurality of heat-treated bamboo materials (1-9). The rot-proof solution is an aqueous solution of sodium chlorite with a concentration of 0.4-0.6 mass% and a temperature of 83-93°C. In the step 1-5 of applying heat treatment to the bamboo material, the bamboo material is put in a carbonizing furnace, and the air pressure in the carbonizing furnace is set higher than the atmospheric pressure to heat and carbonize the bamboo material.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
