PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the cause of interference risk with respect to an underground pipeline whose cathode is prevented from corroding. PSOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring/evaluating a cathode corrosion condition comprises a probe current measuring means 6 for electrically connecting a probe 2 and the pipeline P, and continuously measuring the probe current within a preset measurement period; a calculating/processing means 8 for calculating/processing measurement values determined from the probe current measuring means 6; and a storing means 9 for saving calculated/processed results, determined from the calculating/processing means 8. The calculating/processing means 8 comprises: a probe current density calculating means 10 for determining a probe DC current density and a probe AC current density; and a probe current density temporarily-storing means 11 for temporarily saving the average, maximum and minimum of the probe DC current density, appearance time, when the maximum and minimum of the probe DC current density are determined; measured waveforms of the probe current at the appearance time, the average, maximum and minimum of the probe AC current density, appearance time, when the maximum and minimum of the probe AC current density are determined, and measured waveforms of the probe current at the appearance time to the storing means 9 at an interval.
