PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent-based releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for the purpose of being applied to a surface protective film for an optical member, the composition achieving both of quick release property and wettability, which are contradictory characteristics, and from which a pressure-sensitive layer having excellent adhesive force against slow releasing can be formed, and to provide a releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive product having excellent characteristics.;SOLUTION: The solvent-based releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is used while being compounded with a crosslinking agent and includes a pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive polymer is a grafted and/or block polymer that includes: a polymer structure having a glass transition temperature of not lower than 0°C; and a polymer structure synthesized from source monomer components containing, as essential components, an alkyl (meth)acrylate (A) having a 4-12C alkyl group, a long-chain moiety-containing monomer (B) having an alkylene oxide chain and/or a long-chain alkyl group, and a functional group-containing monomer (C), and if necessary, other monomers (D).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
