PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with a labor for setting a ligature appliance for endoscopes to an endoscope, securing a sufficient visual field of the endoscope, preventing the impairment of the curving property of an insertion section distal end of the endoscope and being effectively used when jointly executing an endoscopic sclerotherapy.;SOLUTION: This ligature appliance is provided with an overtube having an insertion lumen 21a for retractably inserting the insertion section 11 of the endoscope and consisting of a flexible material, a ligature O ring 22 attached to the distal end of the overtube, and an operation wire 24 locked to the ligature O ring, having a proximal end extending to a tubular body proximal side and separating the ligature O ring from the distal end of the tubular body by pulling or pushing out the proximal end side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
