PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top winding type electric wire bind allowing not a bind by a vinyl-covered binding wire but a winding bind when fixing an electric wire to the top of an insulator, and a binding method using the top winding type electric wire bind.;SOLUTION: The top winding type electric wire bind mounted across the electric wire and the insulator to hold the electric wire to the top of the insulator has a circular winding part 2 fitted to a neck part of the insulator at the center part of the winding bind for an insulated wire to wind one round and half; two spiral press-binding parts 3 crossing and press-binding the electric wire placed at the top of the insulator to wind the electric wire from its lower part; two insulator engaging parts 4 of semicircular shape engaged with the neck part of the insulator to cross and wind in a semicircle; and two spiral parts 5 located at both longitudinal ends of the winding bind for the insulated wire to wind around the electric wire.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
