PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anode for producing electrolytic copper powder wherein it is not always necessary to attach a ribbon or the like to the anode in the production of the electrolytic copper powder, and an electrode for producing the electrolytic copper powder. PSOLUTION: The electrode 1 for producing the electrolytic copper powder includes a conductive material and includes an electrode plate part 2 the whole surface of which is used as an electrodeposition part and a bus bar 3, and the anode 6 for producing the electrolytic copper powder is formed by depositing electrolytic copper 5 on the electrode 1 for producing the electrolytic copper power by electrolysis.
