PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the conventional color cup holder or color tray for art makeup is an installation type to be placed on a desk or a stand and used, an action when taking a pigment becomes large, time and labor are needed, thus operation time becomes long and burdens are put on an operator and a client.;SOLUTION: By turning the cup holder or tray for the kneaded pigment to a plastic-like small-sized pallet type, it can be mounted on the back of a hand with a detachable rubber band or the like. Also, by providing a level difference forming a small mountain, the pigment is prevented from spilling. Thus, the action when taking the pigment is made absolute minimum.
