PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To share a data file and edited data created by an editing process, without waiting for the editing process to complete. PSOLUTION: A provider client 60 has an editing process requesting part 61 which sends an editing process request, including a document to be subjected to an editing process and the content of the editing process to the document, to a processing server 40; and a document registering part 62 which registers a ticket sent according to the editing process request in a file server by adding it to the document. The processing server 40 has an editing process accepting part 42 for sending back a process ID for identifying the editing process requested according to the editing process request and its own server ID by creating a ticket, and an editing process part 43 for creating edition data by executing the process requested. When using the document a user client 70 obtains from the processing server 40 the edition data created by the execution of the editing process that can be specified from the ticket added to the document, and the edition data is registered in the file server 30.
