PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-hydrophilic/hydrophobic patternized surface, an anatase TiO2 crystal pattern and their preparation methods.;SOLUTION: There are provided the anatase TiO2 crystal pattern selectively deposited in a super-hydrophilic area on the super-hydrophilic/hydrophobic patternized surface formed by irradiating an FTO substrate with ultraviolet rays (UV) through a photomask, its preparation method and an electronic device using the anatase TiO2 crystal pattern. As the deposit of TiO2 is accelerated in the super-hydrophilic area, and the deposit is regulated in the hydrophobic area, the anatase TiO2 crystal pattern can be formed along a hydrophilic/hydrophobic pattern on the FTO substrate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
