PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a magnetic polymer particle for magnetic latent image development, which has sufficient responsiveness to a magnetic latent image, forms a high quality image, and obtains a color image having excellent color tone; its manufacturing method; a liquid development agent for a magnetic latent image using the particle; a cartridge; and an image forming device. PSOLUTION: The magnetic polymer particle for magnetic latent image development is a magnetic particle constituted as a magnetic polymer particle containing a magnetic component, polymeric compound, and color material. The magnetic component contains, as a component, iron with a number-average diameter of 0.2 to 1.2 μm.
