PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably detect that a working ground wire is connected between a transmission line and ground.;SOLUTION: A working ground wire detector is used to detect whether or not a working ground wire is connected between a transmission line and ground when power supply to the transmission line is stopped. The detector includes a power supply, a switch connected between the transmission line and the power supply, and a relay connected between the power supply and ground. The switch disconnects the transmission line and the power supply from each other when power is supplied to the transmission line and connects the transmission line and the power supply to each other when power supply to the transmission line is stopped. When the working ground wire is connected between the transmission line and ground, the transmission line and the power supply are connected to each other and the relay forms a circuit together with the power supply, switch, transmission line, working ground wire, and ground.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
