PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microtubular honeycomb carbon body having a mesopore using a peculiar structure of cellulose fiber carbonized at a high temperature and a method for manufacturing the same, a microtubular reactor module using the same and a method for manufacturing the same, and a microcatalytic reactor applicable to a microsystem using the same. PSOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a microtubular honeycomb carbon body obtained by performing thermal treatment on a cellulose fiber including the step of washing the microcellulose fiber while it is sufficiently wetted in a distillated aqueous solution to dry the same at a normal temperature, the step of vacuum-pumping a remaining oxygen in the reactor after injecting the microcellulose fiber into the high-temperature thermally treating reactor, and the step of performing thermal treatment by supplying hydrogen while controlling the temperature of the reactor in the method for manufacturing a microtubular honeycomb carbon body used for a microcatalytic reactor.
