PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsymmetrical gas separation membrane, which is an unsymmetrical membrane that is composed to contain a polyimide backbone, has improved solvent resistance to organic solvents, stably has practical separation performance with respect to organic steam.;SOLUTION: The unsymmetrical gas separation membrane is an unsymmetrical membrane that is composed to contain a polyimide backbone, which is characterized in that (1) the membrane does not dissolve even when immersed in parachlorophenol at 50°C for 30 minutes and (2) the permeation rate (P'_MeOH) of methanol steam is 1×10^-4 cm³ (STP)/cm²×sec×cmHg or more.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
