CONNECTING STRUCTURE OF HORIZONTAL FRAME MEMBER WITH VERTICAL FRAME MEMBER IN DOOR FRAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of frame members allowing a worker to assemble a door frame efficiently without impairing finish precision and capable of preventing burn due to welding from occurring on a surface of the door frame.;SOLUTION: In this connecting structure, protruding pieces 24, 25 are formed in end parts in the direction of length of a lower frame 2, insertion grooves 37, 38, 47, 48 in which the protruding pieces are inserted are formed in vertical frames 3, 4, a fitting groove S is formed on terminal sides of the protruding pieces, and the protruding pieces 24, 25 inserted into the insertion grooves move in the direction of groove width of the insertion grooves to fit end fringes of the insertion grooves 37, 38, 47, 48 into the fitting groove S. While the fitting groove S and the end fringes of the insertion grooves 37, 38, 47, 48 are mutually fitted, tip parts of the protruding pieces 24, 25 are welded on pieces positioned on outer sides of the vertical frames 3, 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
