RISK NOTIFICATION SYSTEM, SERVER DEVICE, AND RISK NOTIFICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify effectively a risk at a crossing spot of a pedestrian existing in a vehicle traveling direction, without disposing a crossing pedestrian detection facility or the like.;SOLUTION: This risk information system is equipped with a portable terminal 1 for detecting position information of one's own device; an on-vehicle device 3 loaded on a vehicle, for detecting the position information of the own device; and a server device 4 connected to the portable terminal 1 and the on-vehicle device 3 through a mobile communication network 2, for managing position information of the portable terminal 1, time zone information when receiving the position information, and an attribute information of the pedestrian carrying the portable terminal 1. The server device 4 estimates the crossing spot on a vehicle road by the pedestrian from the position information of the portable terminal 1, determines a risk showing likeliness of crossing the crossing spot by the pedestrian from the time zone information and the attribute information, estimates the vehicle traveling direction from the position information of the on-vehicle device 3, and informs the on-vehicle device 3 of the risk of the crossing spot existing in the traveling direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
