PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction system of the number of accesses and a prediction method of the number of the accesses, allowing improvement of prediction accuracy of the number of the accesses.;SOLUTION: This prediction system of the number of the accesses for predicting the number of the accesses from customers has: a database server 22 storing an access history wherein the accesses are divided and recorded by access conditions, of each prescribed period; and a management personal computer 24 reflecting increase/decrease in the access history when the increase/decrease is present in the number of the accesses of the access conditions when predicting the number of the accesses of a prediction target period by use of the access history of the database server 22, and predicting the number of the accesses of the prediction target period based on the access history.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
