PSOLUTION: An action history information generating device 100 for generating the action history information, based on position information acquired at a predetermined interval includes: a first position information acquisition unit 102 for acquiring first position information of the action history information generation device 100; a personal information protection region determining unit 104 for determining a personal information protection region according to input by a user; a second position information setting unit 106 for setting second position information different from the first position information, when the first position information, acquired by the position information acquisition unit indicates a position in the personal information protection region; and action history information generating unit 108 for generating action history information based on the first and second position information.
