INDUCTOR/CAPACITOR INTEGRATED PART IN EMI FILTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the output density of a power electronics inverter by reducing the volume of a EMI filter.;SOLUTION: An inductor/capacitor integrated structure in the EMI filter includes a closed magnetic path formed by a first core 1 and a second core 2. The closed magnetic path has a cavity 3 in a center core leg 31. On two side core legs 32, 33, cylindrical both-sided flexible substrates 4, 5 are wound, respectively, which are each bent and formed to wind a sheet material which consists a first insulating layer, a first copper foil, an insulating medium layer, a second copper foil, and a second insulating layer laminated in sequence. The flexible substrates are used to actualize the integration of a common-mode inductor, a common-mode capacitor and a normal-mode (differential-mode) inductor in the EMI filter.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
