PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system allowing each of a large number of people all over the world who cannot speak foreign languages to work as an instructor using his or her native language through IT and allowing a learner to easily learn languages by the hour at a comparatively convenient time and at a convenient place within the budget.;SOLUTION: When a learner pronounces the name of a foreign language that he/she wants to master in the native language to a Web camera on a personal computer or a videophone unit on a cellphone, an automatic speech translation function is started to display a sentence and phonetic symbols of the foreign language on the learner's IT screen. Simultaneously, on an instructor's IT screen, an automatic speech translation function automatically displays a sentence of the content pronounced by the learner (learner's native language) and a translated sentence (instructor's native language).
