PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping structure having an excellent heat resisting property, lightweight weight property, and vibration damping property; and a manufacturing method of the vibration damping structure having a vibration damping property.;SOLUTION: The vibration damping material A is made by laminating/integrating a restraining layer B made from glass fibers or carbon fibers and a foaming adhesive layer C. The vibration damping structure adheres the vibration damping material made by impregnating the restraining layer B with thermosetting resin to a surface of a vibrating element so as to make the foaming adhesive layer become a vibrating element side, thereby producing the structure.
