PIPE-JACKING GUIDE STRUCTURE AND PIPE-JACKING CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly insert a new pipe into a sheathed pipe by preventing accumulation and fixation of a separated mortar lining between a roller and the sheathed pipe on an advancing direction side of a pipe-jacking guide tool even when the mortar lining on an inner peripheral surface of the sheathed pipe is separated in insertion of the new pipe into the sheathed pipe.;SOLUTION: The pipe-jacking guide structure is used for the pipe-jacking construction method where a spigot 1 of the pipe P is inserted into a socket 2 of the preceding pipe P and tied up to form a pipe line in the sheathed pipe P', and has the roller disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the pipe P. A cleaning member is provided for separating a deposit adhering to a rolling surface of the roller 10 and dropping it to a side opposite from the advancing direction of the pipe P, and thereby, the separated mortar lining is dropped to the side opposite from the advancing direction of the pipe, advance disturbance of the pipe P is prevented, and the new pipe can be smoothly inserted into the sheathed pipe.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
