PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a septic tank installation support system for supporting the installation of a septic tank.;SOLUTION: An installation management device 1 is provided with: an information storage means for storing a user ID, a password assigned to each company, and septic tank installation information regarding a user and the septic tank to be installed by each user of the septic tank; an information management means for managing the septic tank installation information; an information transmission means for transmitting the septic tank installation information to the other installation management device 1 via an information relay device 2; and an information receiving means for receiving the septic tank installation information transmitted from the other installation management device 1 via the information relay device 2, wherein the information relay device 2 performs authentication by the user ID and the password assigned to each company, temporarily accumulates the septic tank installation information transmitted by the information transmitting means of the installation management device 1 of each company, and transmits the temporarily accumulated septic tank installation information to the installation management device 1 of each company.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
