PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for testing fire resistance of a lining segment and a method of designing the lining segment capable of improving reliability to a fire of the lining segment by performing a test in a state more similar to the actual state, and performing economical design based on a result acquired from such a test.;SOLUTION: A prescribed axial force N is applied to a test body A of the lining segment, in a direction along one surface A1 of the test body A equivalent to an inner surface to be heated during a tunnel fire, and a prescribed bending moment M is applied so that a compressive force is generated on the one surface A1 side and a tensile force is generated on the other surface A2 side facing to one surface A1 or that the tensile force is generated on the one surface A1 side and the compressive force is generated on the other surface A2 side, to thereby bend and deform the test body A so as to be equivalent to the lining segment before the tunnel fire, and while keeping the initial state, the test body A is heated from the one surface A1 side, and a change of the bending moment M of the test body A is measured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
