TESTER JIG FOR RUBBER BUSH CHARACTERISTIC

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability when a dynamic characteristic of a rubber bush is measured.;SOLUTION: A to-be-tested object is composed by assembling the rubber bush B to a first jig 1a. The second and third jigs 1b, 1c for supporting the first jig 1a are mounted to holding sections 101a, 103a in a characteristic tester. The third jig 1c has a first support section having a relative turning axis R corresponding to a cylindrical axis r of the rubber bush B, and a second orthogonal support means. The characteristic tester can be shared with a torsion characteristic test and a scoop characteristic test by combining the jigs 1a, 1b, 1c. Positions of the jigs can be simply adjusted by utilizing long holes 22, 23, 35, 36 formed in the second and third jigs 1b 1c.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
