PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prompt not only the payment of consumption duty but also the correct declaration for various taxes based on business income by making the actual state of trade of undertaker or enterprisers surely graspable.;SOLUTION: A trading computer 1 for inputting that an undertaker makes a trade and a managing computer 2 communicable with the trading computer and controlling the trade data in a controlled area are prepared. The former calculates the consumption duty when a trade price is inputted and instructs to issue a receipt 4 bearing a trade code comprising an undertaker code indicating the undertaker and the specific trade code of the undertaker in a specified period and a collation code. The latter receives and stores the trade data transmitted from the former, and stores the trade data of the undertakers in a specified period. One or a plurality of trade codes randomly sampled from the stored data of all undertakers can be outputted for presentation with the collation codes concealed and, when the collation codes are confirmed, a reward is given to the undertakers and consumers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
