PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller for an electric blower of high assembly accuracy.;SOLUTION: In the impeller 4 for the electric blower provided with a front surface shroud 8 provided with an intake port 19 at a center, a rear surface shroud 9 opposing to the front surface shroud 8 and provided with a shaft hole 18 for inserting a rotary shaft (not illustrated) of the electric blower (not illustrated) at a center part thereof, and a plurality of blades 10 provided between the front surface and the rear surface shrouds 8, 9 and having a plurality of projections formed on end surfaces, and manufactured by inserting the projections 16 into a plurality of the square hole (not illustrated) provided on the front surface shroud 8 and the rear surface shroud 9 and crushing the penetrating projections 16 by a top force 11 and a bottom tool 12, position of the rear surface shroud 9 is regulated by the bottom tool 12, a suction port 19 is positioned by the top force 11 before crushing the projection 16 by the top force 11, and then the projections 16 are crushed in manufacturing. Good accuracy of concentricity of the rear shroud 9 and the intake port 19 is maintained to provide good assembly accuracy.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
