PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high-quality product by sewing a cord-like material on cloth with almost 0 and a constant tension on a cord-like material supplied one after another to the needle hole.;SOLUTION: Downward looseness of the loosened part for quantitative balance is set so that the tension toward the suspended portion approximately balances with the tension toward the loosened part at the balance roller. Near the guide for the cord-like material, a measuring means to measure the consumption of the cord-like material to be sewn on cloth is provided.
