PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital holography device capable of obtaining a reproduced image of a subject accompanied by dynamic change and a reproduced image of the subject in real time, and an image reproducing method using digital holography.;SOLUTION: The digital holography device is equipped with a phase shift array element 2 which converts incident light into a reference light group consisting of a plurality of reference light beams having mutually different phase values and outputs it.
