PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide substrate-treating equipment for detecting the carrying state of a substrate and shortening the time needed for transfer, surface-mounting equipment, a printing machine, an inspection machine and an application machine.;SOLUTION: The surface-mounting equipment 10, which has a conveyor 20 for receiving a substrate carried in from the upstream side and transferring the substrate on the downstream side and mounts an electronic component on the substrate carried by the conveyor 20, is constituted of a conveyor camera 51 for continuously imaging the transfer path of the substrate carried by the conveyor 20 from a fixed position, an image processing part for recognizing a substrate position, on the basis of perspective image of the substrate imaged by the conveyor camera 51; and a controller for outputting stop signals, when it is determined that the transfer state of the substrate is abnormal, on the basis of the substrate position recognized by the image processing part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
