PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice signal processor preventing musical noises from standing out when reproducing a voice signal containing the musical noises by post processing.;SOLUTION: A source signal containing the musical noises is input, and higher harmonic waves of 4-6 kHz generated by distorting the source signal are added and synthesized to the source signal and output. By adding the higher harmonic waves generated from the self signal to the source signal, the musical noise components isolated in time and in frequency are made continuous in terms of time or frequency to be prevented from hearing as musical noises, and are made to be an inoffensive natural sound signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
