PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unusual sound determination system for specifying components to be repaired in information equipment for rapid and accurate maintenance, and to provide a server, the information equipment, and an unusual sound determination program. PSOLUTION: A printer 15 has a microphone in the inside, executes a test pattern for measuring operation sound for driving each drive section of the printer 15 at each prescribed time independently, and records the operation sound at that time at a recording storage section. Then, a computer 13 transmits sound data acquired by digitizing the operation sound to a management computer 12. The management computer 12 compares the sound pressure of the sound data with a reference value and retrieves a drive section corresponding to time exceeding the reference value in the sound pressures of the sound data from a drive section storage section 47, thus specifying the drive section causing the occurrence of unusual sound as the component to be repaired.
