EQUIPMENT AND METHOD FOR DETECTING INK OF PATTERN ROLLER IN INTAGLIO PRINTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink detecting equipment of a pattern roller in an intaglio printing machine which enables early discovery of printing abnormality and stabilization of quality by removal of an abnormal product, by detecting a functional constituent of ink on the surface of the pattern roller used for the intaglio printing machine and by detecting the abnormality in ink supply on the basis of a detected value and realizing classified delivery of printing products.;SOLUTION: In the pattern roller of the intaglio printing machine which transfers and supplies ink onto an intaglio plate surface from an ink fountain roller, the ink detecting equipment has a functionality detecting device which detects the functional constituent of the ink transferred onto the surface of the pattern roller, a detected value storage device which is connected to the functionality detecting device and stores a detected value obtained by the functionality detecting device, a reference value storage device which sets a reference value beforehand and stores it, an analyzing device which has a comparator comparing the detected value of the detected value storage device with the reference value of the reference value storage device, and a control device which gives classified instructions on the delivery of printed sheets, based on the result of analysis of the analyzing device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
