PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system capable of widely distributing a periodical literature for learning language that can provide a high learning effect to students, teachers, or the like of a language learning institution such as a school substantially at no charge.;SOLUTION: The periodical literature for learning language comprising pages for learning language and pages for advertisements is distributed to language learning institutions such as a school substantially at no charge by advertising charges for pages for advertisements. In addition, voices obtained by reading contents and character data of the contents of the pages for learning language can be distributed through the Internet.
