PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an investigation information collection management system capable of performing investigation in a place into which no person can be entered, the investigation of a fragile object and investigation in a wade range.;SOLUTION: Respective WiMAX base stations 2a to 2c are installed in underpopulated areas and in the vicinity of cultural asset and heritage protection regions which become targets A to D. Wireless cameras 3a, to 3d, wireless terminals 4a to 4d and wireless operation mobile objects 5a to 5d are arranged in the underpopulated areas and in the cultural asset and heritage protection regions being the targets A to D.. A management server 1 receives images and data information sent from the wireless cameras 3a to 3d, the wireless terminals 4a to 4d and the wireless operation mobile objects 5a to 5d through the WiMAX base stations 2a, 2b always during 24 hours in real time as states of the targets A to D.
