PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially efficiently and stably separating a tocopherol compound or a tocotrienol compound, and to provide a method for separating each homologue of the tocopherol compound and the tocotrienol compound.;SOLUTION: This method for separating the desired tocopherol compound or tocotrienol compound from a solution containing the tocopherol compound and the tocotrienol compound.
