PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming and processing a knit/woven fabric by which the knit/woven fabric can be easily formed to have an arbitrary three-dimensional form, and a knit/woven fabric for formed into a three-dimensional form.;SOLUTION: Knitting yarns L1 and L3 are knitted to form a plurality of stitch columns in the warp direction with a predetermined space while being swung in the weft direction. The knitting yarn L3 is knitted to be swung in the opposite direction to the swinging direction of the knitting yarn L1 in a course shifted by one course from the course in which the knitting yarn L1 is knitted. Therefore, the knitting yarns L1 and L3 are mutually crossed between stitch columns, and a reinforcing yarn L2 is inserted to be held between the crossed knitting yarns L1 and L3 in the warp direction.
