PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage follower circuit stably operated with a high accuracy even under a low power-supply voltage. PSOLUTION: Sources for PMOS load transistors P1 and P2 are both connected to a power supply VDD. A PMOS cascode transistor P3 with a gate connected to a first bias VbiasP is fitted to a drain for the PMOS load transistor P1 on the input Vin side. An NMOS cascode transistor N3 with the gate connected to a second bias VbiasN is fitted to the drain for the PMOS load transistor P2 on the output Vout side. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
