HEAT INSULATING MEMBER FOR BRICK WHICH IS OFF-OBJECT OF REPAIR DURING HOT REPAIR OF COKE OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating member capable of sufficiently carrying out heat insulation of a flue partitioning brick which is off the object of repair exposed after demolishing of bricks which are the object of repair during hot repair of a coke oven.;SOLUTION: The heat insulating member 10 is composed of a main heat insulating plate 11 mutually demountable and connected in the height direction and auxiliary heat insulating plates 12 rotatably connected to both ends in the right and the left directions of the main heat insulating plate 11. The main heat insulating plate 11 covers the flue partitioning brick 4Ab which is off the object of repair exposed according to the demolishing of the bricks. The auxiliary heat insulating plates 12 cover the ends of oven wall bricks 3Ab which are off the object of repair and connected to both ends of the flue partitioning brick 4Ab.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
