PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail address change notification system and a mail address change notification method, capable of performing mail address change notification only to friends or acquaintances of a user.;SOLUTION: A change notification mail is transmitted to mail addresses of an address book registered for mail transmission and receipt in a user's communication terminal. According to this, transmission of the change notification mail to junk mail transmitters can be prevented.
