PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a potential difference canceling circuit canceling a potential difference between two points, and preventing an excessive current from flowing between the two points.;SOLUTION: When a switch S1 is turned on, current flows into a series circuit having a DC power supply E1, the switch S1, a resistor R2, and a capacitor C1. Although a potential difference starts to be generated on both ends of the resistor R1 for generating the bias voltage of a transistor Q1, the capacitor C1 connected in parallel to the resistor R1 has not been charged, so that the potential difference on the both ends gradually increases after the switch S1 is turned on.
