PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prism member which has satisfactory scratch resistance and can maintain high luminance even when being attached to another sheet or film and being colored.;SOLUTION: A light diffusing plate 100A includes: a prism plate 200A in which a plurality of linear prisms 210 are arrayed on one side surface; and a diffusion sheet 300 laminated on the side of the prism plate 200A where the prisms 210 are formed. Each of the prisms 210 formed on the prism plate 200A is composed of two slant face parts 211, 212 of a roof shape and a top face part 213 disposed between the slant face parts 211, 212. The cross section of each of the prisms 210 is formed into a substantially trapezoidal shape by the slant face part 211, slant face part 212 and top face part 213.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
