PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of treating a metal waste deposited with uranium and an uranium fluoride waste in common to carry out the waste treatment for the both efficiently, and capable of restraining a secondary waste generation amount.;SOLUTION: This uranium waste treating method related to the present invention is provided with a decontamination process 2 for decontaminating with an acid the metal waste 1 deposited with uranium or a uranium compound, a dissolving process 5 for dissolving the uranium fluoride waste 4 with the acid, and a waste treating process 7 for solution treating both a decontaminated waste liquid decontaminated with the acid in the decontamination process 2 and the a dissolved waste solution 6 dissolved with the acid in the dissolving process 5, in common.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
