PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing fly ash using blast furnace slag by which slag products having a homogeneous composition can be produced as the occurrence of splash is controlled and a large quantity of the fly ash can be injected and dissolved into molten slag. PSOLUTION: A mixture 14 that a solid oxygen source 13 is blended with the fly ash 12 is injected into the molten blast furnace slag 11 stored in a vessel 10 with air 14a or an oxygen-containing gas.
