PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation system for training against accident wherein entire level can be raised while each trainee's knowledge is enhanced. PSOLUTION: The simulation system 100 for training against accident comprises: an operation terminal 11 operated by a trainee; a question-answering terminal 16 answering questions from the operation terminal 11; a server 1 creating problems on the basis of stored procedure know-how and setting the problems to the operation terminal 11, and also controlling the entire simulation system 100 for training against accident; and a network 10 connecting each of them.
